Are you ready for the most 'a-paw-sive' event of the year? We are thrilled to announce that RuffTRACK is throwing its doors open for a spectacular day of community fun, coffee, and a lot of short legs!
RuffTRACK Open Day & Dachshund Event
Date : Sunday, September 13th
Time : 10:00am – 1:00pm
Venue : 351 Londonderry Road, Londonderry.
Whether you own a speed-demon sausage dog or just love them, this is a day you won’t want to miss
Ticket & Race Entry Pricing
Early Bird General Entry: Only $3.00 per person. Your entry fee completely covers 1 x Sausage Sandwich PLUS your choice of 1 x Can of Soft Drink/Water OR 1 x Barista Coffee!
Additional food, drinks, and awesome RuffTRACK merchandise will also be available for purchase throughout the day.
Race Entry Fee: $3.00 per race per dog. Please note: Official race registration forms will be filled out on the day at our check-in desk.
What’s Happening on the Day?
We are keeping the day dynamic, fun, and fluid! While we don't have a rigid track schedule, here is what you can look forward to between 10:00am and 1:00pm:
Dachshund Races: We will be running a series of exciting heats to find the speediest Doxie on the farm! Please note that we have limited race slots available, so make sure to register early on the day. If the energy is high and time permits, we may even add more races to the lineup!
Novelty Competitions: Get your pups ready for our hilarious Fastest Eating Competition and the crowd-favorite Best Dressed Dachshund Competition.
RuffTRACK Youth-Led BBQ & Coffee Cart: Our incredible young people will be serving up hot food and fresh, barista-quality coffee throughout the entire event.
Market Stalls & Raffles: Browse fantastic local business stalls and grab your raffle tickets for a chance to win great prizes while supporting our journey toward a Forever Farm.
Crucial Info for Race Competitors & Guests
To ensure our farm remains a safe, happy environment for two-legged and four-legged attendees alike, please take note of our capacity limits:
Guest Capacity: Total overall event attendance is capped at 100 guests. You must submit your EOI early so you don't miss out at the gate.
Parking Logistics: Onsite parking is limited. Designated overflow parking will be clearly marked along Reynolds Road, where our volunteer traffic marshals will be on hand to guide you safely to the entrance.
Calling All Local Businesses: Stall Sites Available!
Are you a local business, pet vendor, or artisan craft maker? We are inviting local business stallholders to join our marketplace hub!
Site Hire: Just $40.00 per 3m x 3m site.
Requirements: Stallholders simply need to bring their own 3m x 3m marquee (must be securely weighted down), display tables, and equipment.
