Our Immediate Needs

At RuffTRACK, we provide a lifeline for vulnerable and at-risk youth through hands-on learning, mentorship, and a safe community. Our programme uses agriculture, animal husbandry, and trades to build skills, resilience, and hope.

To continue and expand this vital work, we have the following urgent needs. Your support, in any form, will make a direct and immediate difference in a young person's life.

OUR MOST IMMEDIATE NEEDS ARE:​

• A Permanent Home for youth future: We are seeking a permanent site over 25 acres to setup mobile homes for the homeless kids in our program, an agriculture and animal farm for learning farming and grow for self sustainable.

• Financial Support: 

- Fuel cards or financial support for petrol, averaging $300 per week for youth transport to and from the RuffTRACK farm and to our educational outings.

- Direct cash donations (tax-deductible for donations over $2) for urgent & continuity operational costs.

• Volunteers (Must have WWC & Police Check)

- Tradesmen for weekday workshops and social enterprise: Mechanics, Carpentry, Landscaping, Welding, metal fabrication, and  aluminium fabrication

- Farm volunteers for cooking, animal care and maintenance.

- Elders with craft skills (e.g., woodwork, carving, leatherwork, mechanics, animal husbandry).

- Skilled dog trainers able to commit one afternoon per week.

 

• Needed Equipment & Materials

- Building Materials : Construction wood/timber for building and carpentry works, Sheet metal and aluminium (3mm to 6mm thick) for plasma cutting.

- Tools: Trades tools from spanners to Power tools (battery-powered Makita tools).

- Safety Equipment (PPE)- Gloves, safety goggles, etc.

• Program Supplies:

- Art supplies, including coloured stones

- Gym and sporting equipment

- 5ft dog leashes​​​​​
