Your donation of $150 provides you with a personalised engraved paver, to be placed in Our Forever Farm, in recognition of your contribution and support for our Organisation

Please read the following important information when placing your order:

• All pavers can have up to 3 lines of text.

• Each line can have a maximum of 17 characters.

• Characters include letters, numbers, punctuation marks and spaces.

• To maximise the use of the 17 characters, use & instead of AND and any other appropriate abbreviations.

• All text will be engraved in capital letters.

• Paver size is 230x115mm.

• Please proof read all text entered into the boxes below and ensure correct spelling of names

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Nature of Contribution: The purchase of a commemorative paver is a charitable sponsorship contribution to RuffTRACK Limited and does not constitute the purchase of real property or a permanent fixture. All pavers remain the sole property of RuffTRACK Limited.

2. Display Period & Maintenance: RuffTRACK commits to a minimum display period of ten (10) years from the date of installation. While we perform general cleaning and maintenance, RuffTRACK  is not responsible for natural wear, weathering, or fading of the engraving over time. After the 10-year period, RuffTRACK reserves the right to relocate or retire the paver at its sole discretion.

3. Content Approval: RuffTRACK reserves the right to approve all inscriptions. We will not engrave messages that are political, commercial, or inconsistent with our values as a youth charity. If a message is rejected, we will offer you the chance to amend it or receive a refund.

4. Relocation & Retirement: Should future site development, safety requirements, or construction necessitate the removal of the walkway, RuffTRACK reserves the right to relocate pavers to a new designated area. In the event of removal, individual pavers cannot be returned to donors as they are not designed for extraction without damage.
