Safety & Footwear Consent: I acknowledge that the farm has tripping hazards, uneven ground, and mud. I agree to wear appropriate enclosed footwear (boots/sneakers) and follow all safety instructions. I will remain in designated 'Visitor Zones' at all times.*

Supervision of Minors & Dependents: I agree that any minors or persons requiring assistance in my care will be under my direct and active supervision at all times (within arm's reach or sight). They will not enter animal enclosures or climb on equipment.*

Safeguarding & Supervision: I consent to staying with a volunteer leader at all times during the visit.*

Privacy & Confidentiality: I agree that no personal information will be shared with or requested from any young person. I understand that all information shared during the visit is highly confidential.*

No Photography & Social Media Policy: To protect participant privacy and animal welfare, I agree to No Photography or video recording on the farm. I also agree to No Social Tagging (checking in or tagging the location) to ensure our participants' presence is not identified online.*

Biosecurity Agreement: I confirm I have not returned from overseas in the last 7 days.*

I will ensure my footwear and vehicle are clean (free of mud/plant matter) before arrival.*

I will not bring any outside animals or pets onto the property.*

I agree to comply with RuffTRACK's Biosecurity Management Plan.*
