How to make a return:
Send an email to RuffTRACK with your order number and the reason for your return and we will reply with our return address.
Write a note with your name and order number that you put in the box together with the product you wish to return
Pack your return well, preferable in the original box to the return arrives to us in good conditions, put a note with your order number in the box, tape up the box , and tape on the return label with our return address on the box.
Hand in your return to your post office
As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation to your email and refund you for the product you have returned.
The return right applies to unused products with the original stickers and labels
